Every menu in Dubai, learned to your taste — with 360° table booking at the flagship rooms.
One place that knows what you actually like to eat — across every great room in Dubai.
Umami holds the real menus of 135 of Dubai's best restaurants, beach clubs and dinner shows — more than 7,700 dishes, photographed and searchable — and learns your taste from the very first minute. Tell it how you eat once, swipe a handful of dishes, and every screen starts working for you.
FOR YOU
A short, personal edit of rooms and dishes for tonight — every recommendation explained in plain words, because "94% you" should never be a mystery.
EVERY MENU, IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Structured menus in English, Arabic, Russian, French, Italian and Chinese. At the table, show any dish in two languages side by side — no camera, no scanning.
ORDER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Build your order in the app and show it to the waiter, or send it ahead to the desk. It works at every venue on day one.
WALK THE ROOM IN 360°
Flagship rooms — Billionaire, Nammos, Gigi Rigolatto, Bagatelle — in full walkthrough, table by table, with minimum spends shown honestly. Pick your exact table and book it.
DIETARY RULES THAT ARE RULES
Say no shellfish, no nuts, halal — and dishes that break your rules simply never appear. Not ranked lower. Gone.
RATE YOUR NIGHTS
One tap after each visit teaches your profile — and feeds an honest community score: "would return", with the sample size always shown.
YOUR TASTE STAYS YOURS
The profile lives on your phone. No account required, and "Forget me" genuinely erases everything.
Umami is a Sixth Sense Intelligence product, run from Dubai by a concierge desk that answers.
