Design a room, hear it, and see exactly where the physics stops being trustworthy. Three engines, 1071 measured surfaces, no account and no network. Why does the bass boom on one note and vanish on the next? Why does your sub sound different in every chair? Agata Acoustics answers those questions — and shows you the working. HEAR YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU BUILD IT Design a room, place a speaker and a listener, and listen. Agata convolves a click, a log sweep, pink noise or your own music with the impulse response it just computed. Swap the carpet for concrete, hit play again, and hear the difference instantly. No microphone, no measurement session, no guesswork. THREE ENGINES THAT DISAGREE — ON PURPOSE Most simulators hand you one number and ask you to trust it. Agata runs three proven methods on the same room and lets you watch them argue. Sabine (1900) for the statistical picture. Allen & Berkley (1979) for image sources — exact for echoes and early reflections. Morse & Ingard (1968) for the modal sum, exact down in the bass where every real listening problem lives. And here is what nothing else does: every chart shades the region where the engine you are using should not be believed. Allen dims below the Schroeder frequency, because a ray does not know what a wavelength is. Morse dims above its modal ceiling. You always know which part of the curve is physics and which is a polite fiction. 1071 MEASURED SURFACES, WITH THEIR PAPERWORK Search the library by name or category. Every surface carries the attribution of its original measurement and its band-by-band provenance, so you can see at a glance which coefficients were measured and which were extrapolated. Below 125 Hz much of the published literature is educated guesswork — Agata tells you that instead of hiding it. RUN EXPERIMENTS, NOT JUST RENDERS Sweep any parameter and watch the metric move: a material, an absorption coefficient, a room dimension, the speaker position. Every point is a full render. The Sabine and Eyring formulas ride on top of the measurement, so you can watch the textbook part company with reality as the room gets deader. START FROM A REAL ROOM Six furnished templates — control room, living room, bedroom, desk setup, vocal booth, car cabin — load complete with surfaces and placement. Nine published dimension ratios from Sepmeyer, Louden, Boner and Volkmann score your proportions instantly, counter-examples included. SEE THE SOUND Watch an impulse leave the source and arrive in true physical order, slowed 250 times, in three distinct 3D views. Watch the mirror lattice of image sources build around your room. T20, T30, EDT, C50, C80, D50 and centre time, per octave band, to ISO 3382. Frequency response with readable group delay. Everything runs on your Mac. No account, no network, no telemetry, no subscription.
