MODESET: Focus Mindset Quotes

Wrist state & calm tools

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

New: state sessions with gentle haptics. Pick a mindset, set 5, 15 or 25 minutes, and close with a calm awareness check. Wear your focus on the wrist. MODESET is a state cockpit on your wrist. In the gaps of your day, meet a high-density quote, a piece of science, a psychological nudge, or a small action you can take right now. No accounts to set up, no streaks to protect, no pressure to perform. Most of the time you will just look. Tap Random Encounter and a single card appears: a master principle, a classic quote, a bit of real knowledge, a sharp question, or a quick action. Keep tapping to draw more, save what speaks to you, or step into a related state. When you are ready for more, pick one of ten states - Focus, Execute, Create, Strategy, Communicate, Review, Calm, Relax, Joy, or Wellbeing - and keep browsing vertical content at your own pace. Nothing is timed until you choose it. Only when you decide to bring a state into real life does MODESET start a session: choose a goal and 5, 15, or 25 minutes, and the watch guides you with gentle haptics. When time is up, you answer one honest question - did the state actually happen? - with no pass or fail. Built for Apple Watch, with an iPhone companion for your favorites, full explanations, session history, and personal patterns. MODESET respects that looking is already enough.
