A new look, and a table you can almost touch. • Solitaire Coach has a new orange-and-white design, in light and dark appearance. • The Simulator table is now 3D. Cards arc through the air when you move them, flip as they turn over, land with a little bounce, and tumble across the table when you win. • The table is a glossy lacquer under warm light: a card you pick up casts a soft shadow, and cards are reflected in its surface. • Tapping a card and then quickly tapping the column you want it in now always makes the move. Double-tap a card to send it to its foundation. • Taps respond instantly. • With VoiceOver or Switch Control, the Simulator shows a flat table where every card and pile can be reached on its own. You can also turn the 3D table off from the game menu. • Board scanning is more reliable on real photographs, including boards photographed at an angle. • Many smaller fixes and refinements.

ard scanning has been rebuilt. • Cards are now recognized by the shape of their index corner instead of by reading text. Scanning a real board is dramatically more accurate, and works with standard decks regardless of their artwork or lighting. • The scanner no longer guesses. A card is only shown as confirmed when the reading is unambiguous; anything less is flagged for you to check, and an unreadable card is marked rather than filled in with a wrong one. • Face-down cards in each column are now counted from the shape of the pile, and the review screen shows those counts up front so you can correct them before asking for advice. • The Simulator table now uses the full height of the screen, making cards easier to see and to tap.
