ŞantiyePlan

Construction site at a glance

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Manage your construction site from your pocket: task tracking, payment certificates, timesheets, automated reports. Built for Turkish contractors. 14-day free trial. ŞantiyePlan is an integrated construction site management platform designed for Turkish contractors. It replaces WhatsApp chats and Excel spreadsheets with a single system where the foreman on site, the site supervisor in the office and the project manager at the desk all see the same truth on their own screens. KEY FEATURES • Project & Task Tracking Start from villa, apartment or single-family templates. For each task: status, owner, dependency, photos and full history in one place. • Cost Variance Tracking Physical progress and budget spend are compared live. Budget overruns surface as alerts on the day they open, not at month end. • Payment Certificates (Hakediş) BOQ, cumulative quantity, VAT/withholding/SSI deductions, split collections — the payment certificate is no longer an Excel exercise. • Timesheets Daily crew records broken down by craft (foreman, master, apprentice, laborer). Monthly rollups are automatic. • Inventory & Purchasing Material movements (in, out, return, waste) with weighted-average cost engine. Purchase orders from request to delivery. • Site Diary An auto-assembled daily logbook every evening; signed by the supervisor, locked by the manager — a legally solid record. • Quality Control Concrete pour, rebar and customizable inspection templates. PDF output prepared for third-party inspection signatures. • HSE (Occupational Health & Safety) Turkish Law 6331 compliant records: toolbox meetings, PPE delivery, site inspection findings, incidents and near-misses. • Automated Reports Daily, weekly and final reports as corporate PDF, automatically delivered to stakeholders. • Offline Mode Photos, statuses and comments are queued when offline and sync automatically when signal returns. • Role-Based Access Manager, site supervisor, foreman, accounting, external stakeholder — each user only sees what they are responsible for. • GDPR / KVKK Compliant Data hosted in Türkiye, tenant-level isolation, audit logs. WHO IT IS FOR Small and medium sized construction contractors, residential developers, urban transformation contractors and infrastructure firms. TRIAL 14-day free enterprise trial. No credit card required. Web: santiyeplan.com
