Naseeq brings field quality work into one place: branch visits, corrective action plans, daily tasks and maintenance requests — each one evidenced with photos and tied to a branch and an owner.
Visits, evidenced on site
• Start a visit at the branch itself: the app checks your location against the allowed range before you can begin
• Score item by item through clear steps, with a photo and a note on the items that need them
• The score is calculated and submitted with the visit, and stays in your history
Corrective action plans
• Turn a finding into an action plan with an owner and a due date
• Record progress with a note and a photo from the branch
• See what is open and what is closed, per branch
Branch tasks
• Today or all dates, grouped by state: to do, in progress, completed, missed
• A checklist on every task, with proof-of-completion photos
• Quality members filter by branch; branch managers see their own
Maintenance requests
• Raise a request from the failure catalogue: a description and a photo for each failure
• Routine or emergency, with an estimated cost
• Follow it through: pending approval, upcoming, in progress, completed
• The maintenance team picks up appointments, starts and closes them, and raises additional requests
