Signing out never loses unsynced work - Agrippa now syncs everything still waiting before you sign out, and tells you if anything cannot be saved yet. - A past session you have not logged shows as "needs to be logged" until you confirm it, instead of quietly disappearing. If it is still unconfirmed after 30 days it counts as missed. - Coaches now see each athlete's outcome on the calendar: completed, missed or still to be logged. - Reliability, privacy and wording fixes throughout the app.

Log past workouts and mark missed sessions - Start a workout for an earlier day: it shows a Historical badge and finishes with "Log / Finish". - Nothing done that day? Mark it as missed. Missed sessions show as Missed in history, calendar and coach view and never count as completed. - One switch enables all AI guidance and data sharing in setup, and "Share everything" when connecting with a coach, with individual options underneath. - Run totals and the calendar follow your training time zone.

Agrippa now speaks Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong). Choose your language before you sign in, or later in Settings > Language, and the whole app switches at once: training, nutrition, coaching, notifications and AI guidance. Your units stay exactly as you set them. This release also includes small fixes to error messages and number formatting.

Fixes a spurious "The request was cancelled" message that could appear when opening Nutrition, and a few similar cases across the app where leaving a screen mid-load showed an error. No more banners for actions you did not take.

Text now follows your system text size everywhere, and screens stay readable at the largest sizes. Clearer screen-reader labels and larger tap targets across workouts and nutrition. Fixes: a finished workout's rest timer no longer carries into the next one, and reviewing an open workout never loses sets you just logged.

Running and events • Link your official HYROX results and see past races and upcoming events. Coaching • Your coach conversation now sits at the top of the Coach tab. Plus reliability fixes for slow network conditions.

Coaches • Payments: set up plans per athlete, track what is due, remind athletes, confirm payments you receive, and export CSV. • Messages inbox with unread badges and a Nutrition tab. • A private notebook per athlete with goals, key information, highlights, and an AI summary of your conversation. • Move, edit, or remove scheduled workouts right from the program calendar, scoped to the days you pick. Athletes • Program tab for your calendar. • Import Garmin, Coros, or Apple Watch screenshots into your run log. • Report payments to your coach, with an optional receipt photo. • Link your official HYROX results and track upcoming races. Fixes • AI photo estimates and screenshot imports no longer time out. • Take a photo directly with the camera anywhere a photo is accepted.

Coaches now get clearer athlete progress analytics across running, hybrid, and strength training, including mileage, interval speed, longest run, unbroken Wall Balls, compromised running pace, and major-lift progression. We’ve also added private coach notes for tracking recent developments and athlete-reported concerns.

Create and assign workouts to yourself again from the unified Workouts hub, with direct access to reusable workout templates, the Exercise Library, your training calendar, and history. Agrippa’s AI now runs exclusively on OpenAI GPT-5.6 Sol with priority processing for faster, higher-quality recommendations. AI use now requires fresh explicit consent, sends minimized context, and adds an in-app control to report AI results.

New coach analytics reveal month-to-month workload, exercise progression, milestones, adherence, readiness, effort, and athlete-reported context. This update also introduces the Aurum identity, expands programming and scheduling, and improves workout, Training Profile, offline-sync, running, and nutrition reliability. Agrippa now uses its consolidated production backend across web and mobile.
