One household, everyone in it. A parent creates the household and invites the other parent with a link. Kids join with a short code from their parent. No email or account needed for kids, and every member sees what is theirs. THE FAMILY BOARD Capture an idea in two taps, on the spot. Spaces keep the things your family is working on organized, from this week's tasks to the big projects. Propose something, get everyone aligned, and move it from Idea to Done. Small decisions get a "Just do it" fast path; bigger ones go to the weekly meeting. CHORES, JOBS, AND PAYDAY Three tiers, kept honest. Everyday contributions are part of being a family. Allowance is unconditional. Paid jobs sit on a job board that kids can claim and parents approve. Payday settles at the family meeting with a clear ledger, and Homeroom keeps the tally while money changes hands however your family likes. GOALS AND HABITS Each member sets a quarterly goal with a weekly signal, checks in once a week, and builds tiny habits anchored to things they already do. Progress is measured over a rolling 30 days, so a missed day never wipes anything out. THE WEEKLY FAMILY MEETING A guided 15-minute ritual: celebrate wins, work through what needs discussing, settle payday, and pick next week's focus. Kids and parents both get a seat. A LITTLE HELP, ON YOUR TERMS Homeroom can suggest how to file a rambling capture and prepares a short brief for the parents before the meeting.
