New: a daily summary. SpoolPilot checks for new sales overnight and tells you at 8 AM what yesterday made, in orders and profit. It needs Background App Refresh. Turn the summary off any time in Settings › Alerts. Fixed: an alert that arrives while the app is open now stays in Notification Center. Fixed: low-stock alerts said "About 1 weeks". They now say "About a week". Fixed: profit per print hour no longer compares against a month with almost no printing. Fixed: the profit card in Finances now lists Advertising as its own line, so the lines add up to net profit if you run Etsy Ads. Fixed: in German and Spanish, a scanned gram amount with three decimals could be read as a thousand times too much. Grams now use your region's number format.

Lifetime Pro is now available: pay once and keep every Pro feature, including future ones. Look for “Or pay once” on the upgrade screen. Fixed: two cost labels that showed in English in the German and Spanish app.

Refunds Etsy issues more than 30 days after a sale now come off that sale. Scan a test print's slicer screen and log it as a prototype. Its cost shows up under Prints not sold in Finances. Add a note to a prototype or failed print, like “hinge v3” or “warped corner.” Compare slices: change either slice's print time, grams or filament price, or the sale price, without rescanning. The pricing calculator shows profit per print hour next to the price.

New orders for your products land on their own, with a card that adds up the day and Undo. See which orders used a coupon and what it took off. Cost a product without adding a spool: type what you pay per kg, or scan your slicer. A calmer Home: today's orders, what to reorder next, and a chart that holds still. Your iCloud backup now keeps a week of copies and never overwrites a bigger one. Fixed: editing a product could drop a filament once its last spool was used.

The Etsy orders you still have to print, earliest ship date first, with an 8am reminder. Profit per print hour (Pro). See which products earn the most for every hour on your printers. Parts. Switches, magnets, inserts: the pieces you buy for a product. Add them to its bill of materials and the count drops as you sell. Printers. One screen per printer with its power draw and hours a day. Electricity and capacity now come from your real fleet, one printer or forty. Profit per print hour, on Home. Tap it to see which products earn the most an hour and which pull the average down. The Printer Permission Slip lost its paragraph. Its date now comes from your own last year, once you have one.

Printer justification. Print next now opens with how busy your printers are: the print hours a week your sales need against what your printers can run. Under four weeks of sales it says so instead of guessing. The Printer Permission Slip. Tap the meter for a form your own numbers fill in: hours needed of hours available, how far behind the queue is, profit per print hour, and how many weeks a new printer pays for itself. The figures count up, the numbers sign it, and an APPROVED or DENIED stamp lands. One button shares it as an image. Confetti the first time each printer is earned, and a notification the moment your sales push you over capacity. It looks ahead. With a year of sales behind you, the slip reads last year's shape of the coming 12 weeks and what that pace would need. Etsy ship dates now sync, so it also notices orders shipping later than they used to. Every horizon comes with an order-by date. Printers have brands, and a shop can run several. Set them in onboarding or in Settings, and electricity averages the fleet. Printer wear reads right for a fleet too. Onboarding asks which printers you run, reads your shop back in your own numbers, and now goes backward as well as forward. Also: both five-star reviews on the Pro screen, and the connect screen's trust card in Spanish and German.

Printer wear is now part of the cost. In Cost settings, type what the printer cost and the hours you expect from it, and every price, sale, and report carries its share. Leave it blank and nothing changes. Seller fees explained. Where your costs go now has an ⓘ on the Seller fees bar: read from your Etsy ledger for synced orders, estimated from Cost settings for manual sales, never Etsy Ads, sales tax, or labels. The store listing is now in Spanish and German.

Unlimited slicer scans for $4.99, once. After your three free scans, one button unlocks every scan after it. No subscription. Pro still includes it. Sync is faster. Etsy and Shopify pull at the same time, the ledger is read once, and product photos only download when they changed. Etsy Ads history loads in the background. The spinner drops when your new sales are in.

Your Etsy Ads spend now counts. SpoolPilot tracks what every sale costs you — filament, power, packaging, your time, and the exact fees Etsy charged. Advertising isn't tied to any one sale, so it sat outside that. Now it's in: Etsy Ads appears in "Where your costs go" and comes off your profit, back through past months too. Your per-sale numbers are unchanged. There's simply one more cost in the total. Also: • Home and Products now show they can be pulled to sync • Finances says why a comparison is missing instead of leaving a gap • Fixed a trial banner that briefly appeared on launch

Bug Fixes. Fixes the trial countdown showing after switching plans, and a crash after merging products. The Pro screen now says exactly what renews, switches, or ends. Swipe a product to merge its sales and print history into another — nothing is lost when you consolidate listings.

Prototypes and failed prints now count. Log a print as Stock, Prototype, or Failed. A prototype or a failure costs its filament and its print time and comes off your profit — including the ones you logged months ago. Finances shows them as "Prints not sold," and you can tap the line to see every one. Prints with no product. A calibration cube, a test fit, a one-off for a friend.
