· Your weekly lookback now asks you one question about the week. Answer in a line and Abilit saves it for you. · On iPhone, you can now open past beads from the Ability tab and leave a line, just like on Mac. · Subscribing for the first time? Monthly and yearly plans both start with a 7-day free trial. · Tasks you check off in the widget now sync to your other devices every so often, even with the app closed. If a change hasn't synced for over a day, Settings will let you know. · One fix: tasks from a weekly template no longer get unchecked on another device.

· A finished task becomes a bead. Open one and it asks how the task went, then you pick a mood and write your line. · Open the app from the evening check reminder and Abilit offers the beads that still have no line. Just that once, just that evening. · Beads in the Journey tab have faces now. On iPhone, grab one and it buzzes along with your finger, harder the faster you move. · Two fixes. Coming back from a quarter view no longer leaves the screen crawling. Sunday stays in the week row now, even with a panel open.

· Ability points no longer drift apart when you use more than one device. Rename an ability on one and the others follow. · Reset All Data now clears your Weekly Templates too, so tasks don't come back the next day. If anything is left in iCloud, you'll know. · Rate Abilit on the App Store right from Settings.

· Plus now comes as a monthly or yearly subscription too. Yearly works out cheapest per month, and the lifetime purchase is still there. · Drag your weekly templates into the order you want. Tasks land in that same order each morning. · Questions now go straight to the Mail app. Tap "Email a Question or Idea" in Settings and the app version and device details are already filled in. · Reinstall the app and it brings your data back from iCloud and lets you know. It also waits until the intro is over before asking to send you notifications.

· People were freezing on the first question. It now asks what you have been wanting more time for, and whatever you write becomes your first ability. · Knowing how small to make a task turned out to be the hardest part, so the task name field now shows an example like "Walk 20 minutes".

· If you changed something and quit right away, the upload to iCloud got cut off partway and never reached your other devices. The app now finishes the upload before it quits. · Changes reach your other devices without you opening the app there. A background catch-up was supposed to be doing that all along, and it never once ran.

· The first time you open the app, it now explains why you can only grow three abilities at a time. You can swap one out for a different ability whenever you like. · There's now a pencil icon next to each ability's name. Renaming always worked, but there was no sign of it on screen, so nobody found it. · Taps kept missing the control that switches an ability between Growing and Resting, so its tap area is bigger now. An ability moved from Resting to Growing no longer stays dimmed.

· Feedback you send now goes through our own server on the way to us. That's a safer path for what you write.

· On Mac, switching back to Abilit now brings in what you changed on your other devices. You no longer have to quit and reopen the app.
