Photo and video processing, including AI image upscaling, takes place locally on your Mac. Map and address searches use Apple’s map services. Files are changed, replaced, or removed only when you explicitly request an action. Imports preserve the original media, batch image exports and AI upscaling create separate copies, and duplicate files are never deleted automatically.

What’s New in 1.0.9 * Open files from Finder: Open photos and videos with Photo Manager from Finder, or drop them onto the app. Jump straight to their folder and view them in the existing app window. * Drag-and-drop copying: Drag selected photos and videos to sidebar folders to copy them. You can also copy originals from a connected iPhone to favorite folders. * Folder previews: Image previews on folder cards make it easier to find the folder you need. * Eight supported languages: Added Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian, French, German, and Brazilian Portuguese alongside English and Korean. Web gallery language support has also been expanded. * Better guidance: Added an in-app usage guide and helpful tooltips for key tools. * Improved reliability: Improved opening web galleries in your browser and reduced flickering when navigating folders.
