Townsquar Partner is the seller app for businesses trading on Townsquar, Ghana's online marketplace. Approved partners sign in with a six-digit code mailed to their registered address, so there is no password to lose. Not selling with us yet? Apply at partner.townsquar.com/sell.
LIST A PRODUCT FROM YOUR PHONE
Photograph the item, choose its category and brand, add sizes, prices and stock, and publish. Photos are cropped to the marketplace shape as you go, so a listing shot in your shop looks like the rest of the catalogue. Save a draft and finish it later. Product codes are generated for you, so nothing gets typed twice.
ORDERS YOU CAN ACT ON
Every order shows exactly what to pack and what you will be paid for it. Mark a parcel ready and a Townsquar courier collects it from your pickup address. Then follow it through collection, the hub check, dispatch and delivery on one timeline, so you can answer a buyer's question without calling anyone.
YOUR MONEY, WITHOUT GUESSWORK
See your balance, your commission on every order, and a statement behind every transfer. Earnings are locked in once the customer has the order, not when it leaves your shop, so nothing gets clawed back later. Cash out to mobile money or a bank account, with the transfer fee stated before you confirm.
KEEP THE SHOP MOVING
Change prices and stock in bulk instead of one product at a time. Run a discount code or a sale window with a start and end date. Join Townsquar campaigns when they open. Insights show what is selling and which buyers keep coming back.
RETURNS, REVIEWS AND DISPUTES
Approve or decline a return with a reason, reply to a review, request removal of one that breaks the rules, and add your side to a dispute. All of it sits with the order it belongs to.
SET UP ONCE
Store name, logo and description, your pickup location pinned on a map, your Ghana Card for verification, and where your money should go. The app walks through each part and tells you plainly where your application stands, including what to change if it comes back for edits.
BUILT FOR YOUR PHONE
Light and dark themes that follow your phone, or pick one and stay there. New orders arrive as notifications, and you choose which ones reach you.
Camera and photos are used for product images and for photographing your Ghana Card during verification. Location is used to place your pickup point on the map so couriers arrive at the right gate.
