Make daily weigh-ins feel calmer. Track your trend, choose how much detail you see, and let your turtle companion make each check-in a little more enjoyable.
See the trend. Keep the ritual gentle.
Shell & Scale is a focused daily weight tracker built to make check-ins feel clear, calm, and satisfying. Log one number, understand how it changes over time, and let a curious sea turtle add a little personality—without turning your health data into a game you can fail.
WEIGHT TRACKING THAT STAYS CLEAR
• Record in pounds or kilograms
• Review 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or all-time trends
• Inspect individual entries on an interactive chart
• Edit or delete any check-in
• Explore your history with a check-in calendar
• Export your complete history as CSV
DESIGNED FOR REAL DAILY FLUCTUATIONS
A single reading is context, not a verdict. Shell & Scale emphasizes the longer trend and uses neutral language whether your weight moves up, down, or stays steady.
CHOOSE HOW MUCH YOU SEE
Exact mode shows readings and changes. Gentle mode keeps the trend central. Blind mode lets you log without seeing numbers or direction.
A COMPANION, NOT A COACH
Name your turtle and reveal small reactions, keepsakes, and environments as you keep checking in. Rewards celebrate participation—never weight loss—and missed days carry no guilt.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No advertising. No analytics profile. Weight history stays on your iPhone. You can export it or erase it whenever you choose.
Try the complete experience for seven check-ins. Continue with monthly, annual, or lifetime access. Your saved history remains visible and exportable even if you don’t continue.
