Explore 50 enduring questions through cited passages, editorial summaries, comparative philosophy, quizzes, and a twenty-book reading library. Who am I? Why do we suffer? What should I do? EIGHT NEW BOOKS, TWENTY IN ALL — the Sutta Nipāta, the Theragāthā and Therīgāthā (verses of early Buddhist monks and nuns), the Chāndogya Upaniṣad, Bhartṛhari's Nīti Śataka, the Jain Uttarādhyayana Sūtra, the Cāṇakya Nīti and the Vidura Nīti — each in its original language beside a public-domain English translation. Verses that reflect the social views of their time carry a short, labelled note on their context. Each theme now shows where to read about it in the editions, and the home-screen widget can show any of the twenty books. A NEW CATALOGUE — the library's 154 texts are grouped under four traditions (Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, and Literary & Other) in thirteen categories. Each category opens with a short card on what its texts are and the question they ask; most also link to lessons and name where to start. A map shows how the Vedas, Brāhmaṇas, Āraṇyakas and Upaniṣads relate. Catalogue source links open in your browser. A REBUILT QUIZ — shorter answer options and new kinds of question: finish the verse, recall a term, match an etymology. Right and wrong are now shown in words and icons as well as colour. ONE TYPEFACE — the system font throughout, so every screen reads the same. VERSE OF THE DAY — every verse on the Today card is now one that stands on its own: short, in plain English, and clear without the verse before it.
