PROGRESS Workouts save to Apple Health and count toward your rings. Insights shows heart-rate zones, active minutes and training load, plus a readiness check from your latest HRV. SIRI Say "Create workouts on Pasta", or ask what's on today or whether you're ready to train. Siri answers out loud, card included. PRIVACY No account. No ads. No tracking. Apple Intelligence builds your workouts on your iPhone, and everything you track stays on your device. REQUIREMENT Requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer). WHY PASTA?
