Mahfooz - Guardian & Student is built for authorized guardians and students, bringing school follow-up and school transport into one place according to each user’s role and permissions.
For guardians:
- Follow students linked to the account.
- Review attendance, absences, leave requests, and attendance reviews.
- Follow grades, homework, exams, the weekly schedule, and calendar.
- View school announcements, notifications, and messages.
- Set a student pickup point and follow journey status and bus location when available.
For students:
- View schedules, attendance, grades, homework, exams, and the calendar.
- Submit homework and attach files or photos when needed.
- Follow notifications and messages according to school and guardian permissions.
The app supports Arabic and English and protects sessions and data through role-based access. Device location is requested only when the user chooses to set the student pickup point while using the app. The app does not continuously track the guardian or student in the background. Bus location and journey status can be viewed when available.
An authorized account linked to the school is required.
