Your app icon has changed. You can pick the previous icon in Settings. Quote cards are here. A quote arrives every evening, and the ones you get are kept in your album. Tap a card walking with a friend to see it up close.

Lookbook is here. Every day you change outfits gets saved. Look back is now a calendar of the whole year. See the cards you found this week and share them. You can fill in your steps from before you joined. You can now ask a faraway friend to walk together.

Walk together is here. Meet up with a friend, walk, and get extra rewards. If you send feedback, you may get a reply in Mail. Cards you walk with can now stand in the sky and on the ground together.

You now send a friend request, and you become friends once they accept. Requests you get show up in Mail and at the top of your community.

New First steps gifts for those just getting started. Existing users can get First steps gifts in Mail too.

Walk past 12K steps in a day and friends can get a share of Energy from your profile. Use Look back in the Records tab to see the cards you met this past week.

You can now choose your character's silhouette.

When a friend changes their nickname, it now shows up in History. Two new basic app icons are here. You can now claim bubbles right where you pick them.

You can now become friends with a QR code. The widget now comes in wide and large sizes. Use Flex mode to trade for Merch from cards you haven't discovered yet. New bubbles now come from decorations, footprints, and cheering neighbors. Cards you walk with can now show up again when you discover.

A Home screen widget now shows your steps. Discover a card to trade for its Merch. Get decorations and app icons from your cards. Walk with a card long enough to see its new look.

Meet your neighbors and send each other cheers. Pick an invite-only item as your invite reward. You can now walk with two cards, no Energy needed. If you spent Energy on Tag along, it comes back to your mailbox. Outerwear and Socks are here, and accessories are split by where they go.

Mail now shows up as cards. Reconnecting your streak now costs 100 Energy a day. Pick a past day on the Records calendar to reload its steps from your device. If that day has 2,000+ steps and you reconnected it with Energy, the Energy you spent reconnecting comes back to your mailbox. New bubbles now arrive in Mail. In Notification settings, choose how often to check for cheers and set your evening time. In Decorate, the newest items now sit at the top. You'll be asked once more before trading Energy.

New headwear shows up on devices where it was missing. Steps from days you didn't open the app are now filled in from the Health app.

Headwear is here. You can now wear hair and headwear together. Shining footprints give a special reward. Cards marked with months can only be discovered in those months. You can choose whether friends see today's steps.

You can now connect with a Google account too.

gtta now runs on iOS 18 too. Missed your first card? You can pick it up in your Mailbox. Lines on top of album backgrounds are crisper now.

Just press and hold your character and Energy appears. Pull your character and the head stretches too. The tutorial got a little easier.

gtta is now available worldwide.
