Clearer colours and clearer messages. - Every pursuit stage has its own colour: grey Watching, amber Bidding, blue Submitted, green Won, red Lost and purple No bid. The Won, Lost and Did not bid buttons use the same colours, so a result is easy to spot. - Reports uses the same colours for why pursuits ended. - Tags are easier to read, in light and in dark. - When something cannot load, the app now tells you why, such as a feature being part of Pro or a government service not answering, instead of asking you to check your connection. - The Plans screen waits for the App Store's price for your country before you can subscribe. - The app lock only asks to unlock when you are signed in.

iPad support. InstantSam now runs properly on iPad, with a readable column rather than a stretched phone layout, so a two hundred page solicitation review is actually comfortable to read at a desk. Wage determinations On a service or construction contract, what you pay your people can be set by law rather than by you, and pricing off your commercial rates is one of the few mistakes that loses money on a contract you won. InstantSam now tells you when a solicitation is covered, and which wage determination it cites, while you are still deciding whether to bid. Also in this release: when a questions deadline is worked out from a phrase like "five days before closing" rather than stated as a date, we now say so.

Questions deadlines Most solicitations stop accepting questions one to three weeks before the bid is due. That date sits inside the attachments and appears nowhere in SAM.gov's own fields, which makes it the easiest deadline in federal contracting to miss. InstantSam now pulls it out during an AI Document Review and shows it on your calendar, on the opportunity, and in your daily email, alongside the sentence it came from so you can check it rather than trust it. Once it passes, you bid on the terms as written. Recompete Radar Contracts in your trade and your states that end in six to eighteen months, with the incumbent and what they were paid. When a contract ends the work usually does not, so it gets bid again, and the incumbent is public record long before anything is posted. Large firms pay a capture team to track this. Now you have the list. Also in this release Business teams can now see that their 100 document reviews are shared across the team rather than counted per person.

Your company profile, filled in for you. Type your UEI and tap Fill from SAM.gov. InstantSam reads your registration and fills in your legal business name, your state, your CAGE code and every NAICS code you are registered under. Nothing is saved until you have seen what it found and pressed the button. It also picks up your registration status and expiry date, which means InstantSam can now warn you at sixty, thirty, fourteen, seven and one day before your SAM.gov registration lapses. A lapsed registration means you cannot be awarded anything, and it expires quietly once a year. One fix worth naming plainly: the profile screen was not keeping NAICS codes or states typed into the box unless you also pressed Add. It keeps them now. If you entered yours before and they disappeared, that is why, and they will save this time.

If the answer is probably not, you can see exactly which line caused it. PROPOSAL FILES Keep every draft against the bid it belongs to instead of in a folder somewhere. Upload a document, upload it again after a revision, and the app keeps both, numbered, with the newest one on top. Older versions stay one tap away. Files are private to your team. TEAMING PARTNERS Save the firms already winning work like yours, write down what you know about each one, and put them on a bid as prime, sub, or still talking. The list is yours alone. Nobody in it has been contacted, and the app never claims a company is looking for a partner, because that is not something the data can tell you. ALSO Amendment alerts now read the same in the app as they do in your email.

Saved is now Pipeline, and it does more. Every contract in your pipeline can carry an owner, a next action and a date it is due by, so you can look at the board and see who has what. Pick a date from four quick choices or from a calendar. Each card also shows who put it there, which stops two people reviewing the same solicitation without knowing. Fixed on Android: the bottom navigation sat too close to the system buttons, and the lower part of each tab was hard to tap. Your matches now say when the list has been cut short, rather than quietly showing you the first sixty.

This release opens on a briefing rather than a search box. Home now leads with what changed overnight: amendments to bids you are watching, what closes this week, and results you have not recorded yet, ranked by what it costs you to ignore them. Alerts now show their own work. Each one tells you how many matches it caught and how many are still open, and flags the alerts catching far too much or nothing at all. New Matches screen. Everything your saved searches found that is still open and not already in your pipeline, closing soonest first. Saved now carries a real pipeline summary, with one tap to record Won, Lost or Did not bid on anything that has closed. Also: agency names are readable instead of five levels of org chart, set-asides no longer display NONE, and Search brings back closing soon and just posted.

Certifications and clearances. Add anything with an expiry date, an 8(a) letter, a state DBE certification, a bonding letter, a facility clearance. InstantSam emails you at sixty, thirty, fourteen, seven and one day before it lapses. An expired certification does not lose a bid on the merits. It gets the offer set aside unread. Question history. Open the assistant on a solicitation and see what your team has already asked, who asked it, and the answer they were given, with the passages behind it. Opening one costs nothing. When you ask a question about a solicitation, the answer now shows the passages it came from. Anything the app cannot point at in the document is discarded rather than shown to you. Filled forms are now readable. Dates, bond requirements and acceptance periods entered into SF1442 and SF1449 forms were previously invisible to document review. They are now read along with the rest of the text.

Three things, and the first one changes how much you can trust the rest. SOURCES UNDER EVERY ANSWER Ask the AI Bid Assistant anything and the answer now comes with the exact passages it was drawn from. Each one is checked against the actual document text before you see it, and any quote that cannot be found is discarded rather than shown. Tap a source to read it in context. IT READS THE FORMS, NOT JUST THE PAGES A filled SF1442 or SF1449 keeps its answers in the form fields, not in the page text, which is why most tools report a completed form as blank. InstantSam now reads those fields. Response deadlines, acceptance periods, bond requirements, performance periods and copy counts come through instead of coming back empty. AWARD OUTCOMES When a solicitation in your pipeline is awarded, you see who won it and what they were paid. Mark whether it was you in one tap. Losses are recorded as readily as wins, because knowing what work actually goes for is worth more than a scoreboard. From then on, an opportunity that needs a status you do not hold says so at the top of the screen, before you read a word of the requirements. AWARDS When something in your pipeline is awarded, we tell you. Who won it, what it went for, and the date. You mark whether it was you in one tap, and a loss is recorded as readily as a win, because knowing what work goes for is worth more than a scoreboard.

The government changes solicitations after posting them, and missing an amendment does not weaken your bid. It makes it non-responsive. AMENDMENT WATCH InstantSam now tells you when something you saved changes. Deadlines moved, new documents posted, set-aside changed, notice cancelled. In plain terms, with what it means for you, and by email and push the day it happens. A DEADLINE PULLED EARLIER IS FLAGGED DIFFERENTLY Moved later is useful to know. Moved earlier can cost you a bid that was on track, so it is treated as urgent and shown before anything else on the screen.
