The Enana employee app: HR requests, payslips, approvals, the company directory and sales performance in one place, in Arabic and English. Enana is the internal app for Enana employees. Access requires an account issued by Enana HR. It is not available to the general public and there is no self-registration. With Enana, employees can: • See their day at a glance on Today: what needs their attention, approvals waiting and recent updates • Request leave and other HR requests, submit expense claims with receipts, and follow each request until it is decided • View their payslips and HR documents securely, protected by Face ID or their passcode • Approve or reject their team's requests (managers) • Find colleagues in the company directory and share their digital business card • Follow sales performance and targets for their own work, team or brands (sales roles) • Receive notifications for approvals, decisions and new documents, with quiet hours and per-category settings Enana keeps working with a weak connection or none: recent information stays available offline, and actions taken offline are sent automatically when the connection returns. Sensitive information is stored encrypted on the device and removed on sign-out. Arabic and English are fully supported, including right-to-left layout. Location: Enana uses your location only while the app is open, and only when you take an action that needs it, such as attaching a photo. Enana never tracks your location in the background.
