Here's what's new on the island: • MAKE YOUR CHARACTER — pick your hair, eyes and skin the first time you play (or change them any time from your Backpack). • KELLY'S BMX TRACK — a dirt rhythm track with 16 jumps, doubles and a big triple, banked corners and a hill. Race three riders over three laps; win the BMX racing outfit and a trophy. • THE TUNDRA SNOWMOBILE RACE — 18 hovering gates across the snow against the island's best riders. Win, and Kelly hands you his snowmobile to keep, plus a snow suit with goggles and mitts. • BROOKIE'S SEASHELL HUNT — dive for seashells with a mermaid, ride the rainbow slide, and earn the mermaid outfit. • TOMMY'S JELLYFISH HUNT — meet the diving expert on the east beach, hear the myth of Atlantis, and race the clock to find seven white jellyfish under the sea. Win, and an old cable leads to a sunken city with statues, temples, seaweed and mermaids. • KING TITUS AND THE ANCIENT PATTERN — help the panicked king of Atlantis turn nine emeralds until the sparks join up, then watch the whole city rise out of the sea and its mermaids turn human again. The grateful king gives you a royal crown and a trident of your own. • THE ISLAND HAS HILLS — mountain trails really climb, the golf course rolls, and bikes, carts and the buggy catch air off the crests. • Natural coastlines with bays and coves, pet beds in every home, a new Mars Dome interior, and dozens of polish fixes. • Friends: give a friend a private nickname (saved only on your device). Everyone needs 1.4 to visit each other's islands. No ads, no chat, no in-app purchases — just pals.

A whole island of new adventures! Nine-hole golf course — Meet John the Golf Pro in the suburbs and play a real round over rolling hills, doglegs and water hazards. Beat par to win the Golf Outfit, and play with a friend to earn your own drivable golf cart. Play Ball! Tournament — Join the Tropics for a game of baseball. Win with four friends and the whole team earns the uniform, a bat, a glove and a ball. Ash's Treehouse — A jungle guide needs help rebuilding after a storm. Team up with a friend to reach what's out of reach, and earn the Safari Outfit plus her map and hammer. Rebuild the zipline — Follow your map to the top of Snowy Mountain, hunt down the missing pieces with help from Gus the Mountain Man, and open the way to Explorer Island. Food to forage — Fruit ripens on jungle bushes and acorns on tundra pines. Feed them to your pal to fill their hunger. New friends and foes — A Martian Blob oozes across Explorer Island after dark, and the jungle cave is now pitch black — bring a flashlight. Plus: pet meters now change based on where your pals are, ziplines are more fun, swimming gets you clean, and lots of little fixes.

Play ball! This update adds a whole new ballpark with Game Center leaderboards, jungle ziplines, glowing Neon pets hiding in the water at night, a flashlight for after-dark swims, kid toys to hold and pet toys with silly antics, treasure that scatters to new hiding spots every day, and friendly new shopkeepers.
