New: RepPlanr speaks Spanish — the whole app, all 163 exercises with their instructions, and Pro's AI answers too. Choose English or Spanish under Profile > Language. RepPlanr is a workout logger that reads what you have logged and tells you what to change. No account needed to start — a private profile is created on your device, and the whole app works offline. Sync catches up later. LOGGING THAT STAYS OUT OF THE WAY • One tap for an unchanged set, with placeholders from your previous session • The rest timer starts when you check off a set • Adjust or skip rest, and log your next set, from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island (iOS 17 or later) • Every exercise in the library has a looping demonstration, with the working muscle highlighted • Add an exercise mid-workout, skip a set, keep moving • Run a superset as one unit: set its rounds and one rest, then work through A1, A2, rest, repeat on a single card • Build your own programs and routines, or start from a ready-made split EVERY CHART, FREE FOREVER • Strength as estimated 1RM, trending per exercise • Volume, with the percentage change against the prior period • Personal records, tracked automatically • A heatmap of every day you trained, and planned versus completed each week • Muscle coverage: a body map and per-muscle weekly set counts, so you can see where your volume actually goes REPPLANR PRO Free covers logging and every chart. Pro is the layer that reads your training and acts on it. • Ask anything about your training history in plain language, answered from your own logged data — and told plainly when the data cannot support an answer • Progression suggestions that arrive on the lift, mid-session, yours to accept or dismiss • A weekly report explaining what changed and what you did about it • Muscle coverage analysis that shows which muscles get the least direct work, and what to add on most programs • An AI read of every finished workout • Advanced set types: drop sets and myoreps YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Export everything you have logged as CSV or JSON, at any time, no account required • Apple Health is optional and never required. RepPlanr writes your completed workouts and reads your body weight to size bodyweight-exercise volume. That is all — no heart rate, no step count, and nothing from other apps. SUBSCRIPTION RepPlanr Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store settings. REPPLANR SPEAKS SPANISH • The whole app, not just the menus: every screen and message, plus the exercise library — 163 exercise names, 120 equipment and muscle labels, and all 710 instruction steps. • A phone set to Spanish opens in Spanish. Or pick it yourself under Profile → Language, where your choice outranks the phone — a region change won't drag you back to English. • Pro's AI answers in Spanish too: weekly reports, session analysis, muscle coverage commentary and Ask. • The Apple Health permission prompt is in Spanish as well, which needed this build rather than a translation. • A few exercise names stay in English on purpose — burpee, face pull, hip thrust, muscle-up, thruster — because that's what Spanish-speaking lifters call them. THE SAME SUGGESTIONS STAY IN THE SAME ORDER • The weekly report's "Ready to progress" list could show a different five suggestions each time you opened it, while the "+N more" count underneath stayed the same. A finished session works out all its suggestions in the same instant, and nothing separated them. They hold their order now. • The same fix on the muscle coverage card, where it mattered more: that one shows a single proposal, so a tie could offer you one change today and a different one tomorrow with nothing having happened in between. SWITCHING BETWEEN KILOS AND POUNDS • Changing units no longer marks everything a personal record. Weights are stored in kilograms, so a 175 lb set is held as 79.38 — and switching to kilos displayed 79.4, which beat it. Every lift got a record on the first session after a switch. A weight now has to beat the old one by enough to see. • "Ready to add weight" reads in your unit. The suggestion took its weight from the set you logged, in the unit you logged it in, so it could say "160 lb" directly above a table reading 72.6 kg. ALSO • A generated workout name joins with a middot: "Chest · Triceps", where it read "Chest & Triceps". Workouts already in your history keep the name they have. • Export sizes group their thousands — "1,023 B" rather than "1023 B".
