Most days feel like a copy of the last one.
You wake up, scroll, go through the motions, scroll again, sleep. Repeat. It's not laziness. It's autopilot — and almost everyone is on it.
Unplanned breaks the cycle.
Every day you get one quest. Not a habit to track. Not a streak to protect. Just one real thing to do today that pulls you out of your routine and into your actual life.
How it works:
Open the app. Your quest is waiting. Do it. Tell us how it felt.
That's it.
What kinds of quests?
Have one unhurried conversation somewhere public and stay curious until you learn something you didn't know this morning. Write five notes starting with "I used to think…" and leave them somewhere for someone to find. Put on one full song and dance like nobody's watching. Draw a self-portrait from memory — no mirror, no photo. Take a walk with no destination and stop when something makes you want to stay.
Daily quests. Written by humans. Not AI.
What you'll find on the other side:
The feeling after you do something you almost didn't. A conversation you didn't expect. A version of yourself you forgot existed.
Features:
— One new quest every day
— Hesitation Companion — AI encouragement when you're not sure you can do it
— Revealed Traits — see the seven dimensions of your life filling in over time
— Quest Archive — every quest you've lived, how it felt, your voice notes and photos
— Friend Quests — share quests and see what the people you care about are doing
— 7 Day Chapters — themed weeks that build on each other
No streaks. No points. No leaderboards.
Just real life, one quest at a time.
Unplanned is for anyone who has ever thought: I want to actually live my life. Not just get through it.
