The joining process content covers applying online, eligibility checks, Job Opportunities Assessment, Careers Coach contact, Assessment Session, medical assessment, Psychological interview, ADF interview, fitness preparation, possible Pre entry Fitness Assessment for relevant Navy roles, offer, enlistment or appointment, and recruit training preparation.
Fitness content covers running, push ups, sit ups or core, swimming confidence, mobility, recovery, weekly progression, and role specific caveats. The app highlights that current ADF Careers guidance says most Navy roles do not require a Pre entry Fitness Assessment before joining, while Navy Diver and Physical Training Instructor roles have additional requirements.
