Explore educational muscle referral patterns with a body-first map built for real-world pain that can cross several areas. Tap one or more places where you feel pain, or search familiar symptom language such as sciatica-like pain, then review ranked trigger-point patterns that may overlap. Restores the full plate library. All 106 muscles and 168 illustrated trigger-point plates are back; version 1.2.0 shipped with only part of the atlas by mistake. Complete Atlas purchases and earlier downloads are unaffected.
