1.6 — Expiry Report • Reports › Item / Stock Reports › Expiry Report lists expired and expiring batches, soonest first, with days left, quantity and value. "Expiring soon" follows each item's warn-before-expiry period, or 7 days. Search it, filter it by expiry date and share it as PDF, PNG or Excel; the home card's View All opens it. • Remove on an expired or expiring batch takes it out as an expiry loss, or as an expired exchange with the supplier: the units move into a fresh batch, so nothing counts as lost. • Date fields and drop-down lists open when you tap them.

1.5 — Better receipts and labels • Share a receipt as the printed slip image, sharp at 1080 px; PDFs come in A5 or A4. • Receipt PDFs print add-ons under their item and keep Burmese words whole. • The waybill sheet always offers the 76 × 130 waybill and the Royal Express form. • Sticker barcodes keep their blank margins so they scan. • The Dead Stock Report also lists slow sellers.

A List 1.1 brings the iPhone app level with A List for Android 1.0.53. Money • Balances read from the shop's side everywhere: money to receive is green with a plus, money to pay is red with a minus. • Checkout can spend exactly the customer receipts you pick. Add Money works without ticking an invoice; what you do not apply stays as store credit you can link later from the invoice ("Apply unused advance") or the customer page. • Deduct Money can name the receipt or return it refunds ("Refund from"), and a standalone supplier advance can be saved. • Every payment carries a running receipt number (PR-000123). • Supplier pages: tap a balance to see the bills behind it; each payment says which order and arrival it paid. Purchases and stock • Freight (landed cost) can be paid at receive or later, and correcting a lot's landed cost moves the freight bill with it. • Lot-tracked products sell with one scan, oldest stock first; lot history shows each change and who made it. • Custom purchase order lines take their own item name, and Purchase Bills has a New PO button. Sales, printing and delivery • Receipts print the unit after the quantity, the fulfilment line, and the customer's Previous and Current Balance. • Delivery notes: a thermal slip, a share image and an A4 PDF, printed or shared from the invoice. • Label Printing lists every barcode a product holds and prints the ones you tick. A product that prints its SKU small can get a barcode right from Label Print. • Weight labels carry a server-assigned code, so scanning a label you printed adds the product with its weight. Expenses and reports • Split one expense across several accounts; the Day Book shows each part. • Share the Day Book as a PDF or an image. Stock Overview, Stock Movement and Stock Transfer reports are rebuilt, and the Daily Payment Summary loads again. • Attendance report: a month calendar for each staff member, plus Last month and custom date ranges. Team • Salary Categories (More › Team): your own additions and deductions on the Payroll form and payslips. • The employee page shows the wallet balance, open advances and savings, with Add Money, Deduct Money and Payroll for managers.
