Fixes the Marko icon sitting on top of the title on the first screen of iPhone Duo. If you opened the More menu before a page finished loading, Read Aloud could stay grayed out. It now works as soon as the page is ready. Summarize and Ask now show math as plain text, like O(n²), instead of raw TeX.

Marko now fills both displays of the iPhone Duo, in every pose. Folded, it uses the whole outer display. Unfolded, the outline sits beside the page, and Summarize and Ask open next to your document. Read Aloud keeps going when you fold or unfold, and your place holds. On iOS 27 the More menu is now the system overflow menu. Text on iPhone no longer grows when you turn it to landscape.

Markdown files that contain HTML, such as keyboard keys, collapsible sections and images, now show them instead of raw tags. Marko keeps to a safe subset, the way GitHub does. Read Aloud: Marko reads any document to you and highlights each sentence as it goes. Choose the speed, start anywhere with Read from Here, and control it from the Lock Screen. Ask Siri to read a document and it starts hands-free. Translate a document in place, on device, and switch back to the original any time. (Requires iOS 26.4 or later.) Document Intelligence can now explain a Mermaid diagram, alongside summarizing a document and answering your questions. All on device with Apple Intelligence. (Explaining diagrams requires iOS 27.) Pick up where you left off: Marko remembers your place in every document. For files in iCloud Drive, that place follows you to your other devices, and Handoff moves the document between your iPhone, iPad and Mac. New widgets: Continue Reading shows the page you stopped on, and Recent Documents lists what you've been reading. Marko now speaks 15 languages, including German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Turkish, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Kannada. Accessibility: every control now has a clear name for VoiceOver and Voice Control, pages move without animation when Reduce Motion is on, links are underlined, and code colors are easier to read. Also new: drag a document into the reader to open it, printing keeps wide tables and code intact, clearer error messages, and a refreshed app icon.
