Digitalgrub Chat

Team chat, calls and meetings

Free

Private team chat, calls and meetings on your own server. Digitalgrub Chat is a private messaging and calling app for teams, running on your own server rather than someone else's. Chat one-to-one or in groups, make voice and video calls, hold meetings that guests can join from a link, and see a shared screen — all inside one app your organisation controls. MESSAGING • One-to-one and group chats with read receipts, replies, reactions and @mentions • Photos, files and voice messages • Pinned messages, message search and forwarding • Disappearing messages and temporary chats that clean up after themselves • Presence: see who is online and when someone was last seen CALLS AND MEETINGS • Voice and video calls that ring like a phone call, even when the app is closed • Group calls with raise-hand, a participant list and moderator controls • Meetings with a share link, so people outside your team can join as guests • In-call chat and reactions; view screens shared from the web app • Call recording for Premium members BUILT FOR TEAMS • Invite-only: nobody joins your server without a code from your admin • Admins manage members and Premium from inside the app • Block and report anyone; delete your account at any time from Settings • Available in English and Tamil Digitalgrub Chat is built on the open Matrix protocol. Your messages live on your organisation's server, not on ours.
