Meet Predictions in Sales Secretary 2.0. • Explore resale prices, offers, buying budgets, return decisions and stock planning beside Analysis on Home. • Get estimates from your own history, with evidence, ranges and an explanation when the data cannot support an answer. • Predictions runs on your device and is included with all existing Pro access, including lifetime owners. • Record listing dates, asking-price changes, pauses and withdrawals from item and sale details. Listing history is free and is included in optional iCloud sync and JSON backups. • Cleaner Home overview and a corrected yearly-plan savings label. Estimates use recorded sales and listing history, with historical checks where available. New item descriptions can be estimated without exact-name matching. Existing profit and loss calculations are unchanged.

• Cleaner Sales list: item colours now appear as compact circles without names or hex codes. • Simpler sale forms: removed the optional original retail price field. Item cost, sold price, selling postage and fees remain. • Your existing records are preserved, with the same profit calculations and optional iCloud sync.

• New Calendar in Home: see payment dates, return deadlines and shipping deadlines together. • Return deadlines appear automatically on their recorded dates, independently of your Needs attention and notification settings. • Browse months, filter by deadline type and see what is due on a selected day or in the next seven days. • Keep track of outstanding overdue tasks and tap any entry to open its purchase, item or sale. • The Calendar is free and works with your existing records.

• Optional iCloud sync for purchases, sales, stock, kept items and photos across your Apple devices. Enable it in Settings on each device using the same iCloud Apple Account, then close and reopen the app. • Lost items now count as a loss: item cost plus selling postage and fees, with no sale income or duplicate linked costs. • Best sellers in Pro: group by item name, with optional brand, colour, size and material, and compare units, revenue and profit. • Add colours, item photos and original retail prices to sales, including sales without a purchase history. Mark unknown original costs clearly. • Improved photo editing and compatibility with existing records and backups.

• Removed purchase-postage sharing from sale profit, Stock, Kept for me and return values. • Item values and breakdowns now use recorded item prices. Sale profit deducts item cost, selling postage and fees. • Purchase postage stays separate on the bill and is counted once in total purchase spending. • Updated analysis and reports to explain which costs are included. Filtering items excludes bill postage.

• Open Kept for me from Home to browse your personal items, with search and filters for dates, category, brand, material and colour. Pro adds spending analysis for this collection. • Unsold items marked To sell now appear in return-deadline alerts. • Choose how many days ahead returns appear in Needs attention, independently of notifications. The default is 5 days. • Sale profit now includes the item's share of purchase postage, shown separately from item cost, selling postage and fees. • More reliable instalment balances, return filters, material breakdowns and charts. • Deleting a purchase now removes its items, linked sales and related photos from your records and totals. • Improved date handling and reminder timing.

• Open the original purchase directly from Stock and Sales, then return to your item with Back. • See all recorded item colours in Stock and Sales details, plus the purchase date in item details. • Needs attention lists now show every entry and scroll when needed, including pending refunds, payments and parcels. • All items on a purchase now follow its return deadline, with no separate item deadline to manage. • Turning on "Return not possible" sets the item's decision to "To sell".

New: a Stock tab. • Stock lists everything you have in hand and could sell: items that are At home or Delivered and marked To sell or To consider. Each one shows where it stands on its return window. • Switch between All, Can return and Can't return; filter by decision, status, category, brand or shop; sort by return deadline, price, name or date; search by any word. • "Return not possible": a switch on an item for things the shop won't take back. It then leaves Return deadlines on the Home screen, the widget and the reminders. • A sale's "Linked purchase" row now shows the purchase's shop, status, decision and return window, and still opens it with a tap.

Small fixes. • A sale given a status of your own (added under Settings) no longer shows up under "To pack" on the Home screen, in the widget or in the reminders. • Items you decided to keep no longer show a return-deadline warning. • Return deadlines on the Home screen now open the purchase they belong to, with every item on that bill listed together. • The name suggestion no longer fills in the size, since the same item is often bought in a different size. • A purchase with one sold item now reads "Sold 1" on the Purchases list. • Restoring a backup from an older version handles return deadlines on sold items correctly.

New in 1.2: - An item can have more than one colour. Tap every colour it has; Analysis counts it under each one. - The return deadline now belongs to the purchase. Set it once on the order and every item on that bill uses it; an item can still have its own date. Your existing deadlines are moved over for you. - The sale screen shows its dates: sold, packed, sent and completed. - Suggestions while you type: an item name you've used before comes back with its brand, category, material, size and colours, and a shop you've bought from before brings its pick-up address.

New in 1.1: widgets. Put this month's profit, parcels to send, orders to collect or return deadlines on your Home Screen, and a count of what needs doing on your Lock Screen. Every widget opens the right tab when you tap it. Sales Secretary Pro is now a monthly or yearly subscription covering the Analysis section, the PDF report, your own custom labels and the widgets. Everything else in the app works exactly as before. Plans and prices are shown in the app and in the description below. If you bought the one-off Pro unlock in version 1.0, nothing changes for you. It stays yours permanently, the widgets are yours too, and you will never be charged again. Also fixed in this release: - Pro no longer flashes as locked for a moment when the app starts. - Backing out of the App Store password prompt during Restore is no longer reported as a failed restore. - If the plans can't be loaded, the upgrade screen now says so instead of spinning forever. - The app no longer asks the App Store for prices once you already have Pro.
