Ottly: Focus & App Blocker
Earn your screen time

iPhone
Your social apps stay locked until you earn them: 60 min of focus unlocks 10 min of scroll. Want a second lock? Close your Move ring once a week. Meet Ottly.
Ottly locks your social apps all day — and lets you earn them back.
Focus for 60 minutes, get 10 minutes of social time. Your credit grows while you work, you spend it in 10-minute windows, and whatever you don't use expires at midnight. Want a second lock? Add the weekly move rule.
HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that eat your day — Apple's Screen Time locks them on-device
• Tap Start focus, or schedule focus blocks that start on their own
• Every 6 minutes of focus earns 1 minute of social time
• Spend 10 minutes once you've earned them — the lock comes back by itself
• Optional move rule: close your Move ring or log a 20-min workout once a week (Apple Health) to keep spending
WHY IT WORKS
• Scrolling becomes a reward, not a reflex
• Credits expire at midnight, so there's nothing to hoard
• Long sessions check you're still there, so the time you earn is real
• Ottly the otter keeps your stone of earned minutes — and your streak

Riseloop is now Ottly — same app, new name, new deal. Your social apps stay locked, and you earn them back by focusing: 60 min of focus = 10 min of scroll, plus an optional weekly move rule. Meet Ottly the otter, who keeps your stone of earned minutes. The alarm clock is gone. Setup starts fresh: pick your apps again, and your streak restarts at day one.
