Site Walk AI is for anyone who walks a place and needs a record of it: a contractor pricing work, a caterer checking a venue, a business owner scouting a location, a property manager doing the rounds. You talk while you walk — "alright, we're in the main kitchen now" — and take photos as you go. When you're done, the walk becomes a clean, professional report: organized by the areas you named, every line traced to the note you said it in, your photos placed where you took them.
IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Basements, steel buildings, dead zones — everything is captured on the phone. Only the last step needs a connection: when you tap Send, the recordings upload and the report is emailed to you as a polished PDF plus an editable Word file with the complete word-for-word transcript. Do that from the truck, or the parking lot.
YOUR WORDS, NOT OURS
The AI organizes what you said. It never invents, never rounds your numbers, never turns "maybe eight, nine feet" into a measurement, and never tells anyone what to do — unless you said so yourself. If you flagged something on site, the report says so. If you said "I want that in writing," that's what it prints. The verbatim transcript ships with every report so anyone can check.

A new look, made for any space, not just construction: venues, locations, units. It opens dark, and there is a real light mode in Settings if you want one, or System to let the phone decide. The finish form's fields have clearer names: Size, Type of space, Client, Reference docs.

Open PDF on a report now opens the report - full screen, pinch to zoom on the photos. Sending it on is a separate button.
