Pick the habit you want to leave behind and answer a few questions about your reasons. You get a plan that starts from your own answers. Then check in each day; it takes seconds. A flower is planted, your counter keeps climbing, and the garden fills in.

HONEST ABOUT HARD DAYS
Relapsed? Say so. That day plants nothing, but your garden keeps every flower you already grew and your milestones stay yours. When you're ready, begin a new streak. Recovery isn't a clean line, and this app doesn't pretend otherwise.
YOURS, ON YOUR DEVICE
No account. No sign-up. No email address. Your answers, check-ins, moods and garden are saved on your phone. When you message Hope, that conversation is sent to our AI provider to write a reply. The app also shares anonymous usage statistics to help us improve it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Garden is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Talk to a doctor or other health professional for medical advice, and before stopping alcohol or other substances, because stopping suddenly can be dangerous. Garden is not an emergency service.
GARDEN PLUS
Garden Plus subscription required after a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. The free trial is for eligible new subscribers, and the monthly plan has no free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. The help button and crisis lines are free for everyone, with no subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends.
