• Books in the Library now show their field and how far you are from the next chapter. Start a run in that field right from the page. • Treasures now shows which region gives each missing shard. A dot marks its door when a treasure is ready to make. • "Keep exploring" on the results screen starts right away when the run is free. • Some story lines now show who is speaking.

• Every region now has a nine-chapter story. Right answers open it one chapter at a time, and your name and your companion appear in it. • Treasure chests and the Treasures room are here. Finishing a quest leaves a chest with a treasure shard, and every treasure you make from shards opens a hidden tale. Rarer treasures shine brighter. • The app is now laid out as a home and a town. Walk into the Library, Treasures, the Plaza and the Guild Hall. • Finish the three missions of the day to earn a chest. • Your two highest stats decide your job. • Streak freezes protect your streak when you miss a day. • Start on this device without signing up, then link Google, Apple or email later. • Trade emotes during duels and ask for a rematch right from the results. • Answers get a stamp and runs of right answers build a combo. On-screen text is about half as long.

• If you're offline or a page can't be opened, you now see a helpful screen, and the app reloads on its own once you're back online. • New field: Philosophy (Eastern thought, Western philosophy, Ethics, Political thought), and Catholicism has joined Religion. Many fields also have more questions. • Review monsters now appear on the question screen and react to your right and wrong answers. • Members of the same expedition can duel without being friends, and you can send a challenge link to invite a new opponent. • Find an expedition and Ranking now show recruiting expeditions first, and you can apply straight from Ranking. • Expedition leaders are notified of new applications, and applicants hear back when there's a decision. You'll also be notified when a friend request is accepted. • Companions now appear next to names in friend lists, expedition rosters and Ranking. Tap a player in Ranking to send a friend request or duel a friend. • Rather not be found by strangers? Turn on "Keep to yourself" in Account → Profile. Friends and expedition members can still see you. • Get one exploration ticket each for your first exploration, first monster, first duel and first expedition. • Two new, higher dungeon tiers have been added. • Fields where you've answered most questions no longer block exploring or duels. Short-answer questions now accept many more spellings, and reported questions have been fixed.
