FLORIDA 6-20 ALL-LINES ADJUSTER
A 100-question mock on the two-hour clock, graded at the real 70% pass mark and drawn across the seven sections of the Pearson VUE content outline by their weighting: insurance concepts and adjusting practices, casualty and liability, fire and allied lines, motor vehicle physical damage and mechanical breakdown, health, residual markets, and selected Florida statutes and rules. Florida's pool is 361 questions. The Florida-law ones (adjuster licensing and the code of ethics, no-fault PIP, workers' compensation, Citizens) cite the Florida Statutes or the Florida Administrative Code.
TEXAS ALL-LINES ADJUSTER
The license you need to adjust claims in Texas, and the one out-of-state adjusters use for reciprocity. A 150-question mock on the real 2½-hour clock, graded at the real pass mark of 70, across the twelve content domains in the exam's own proportions. Texas's pool is 319 questions. A fifth of the real exam is Texas law, and a fifth of this pool is too: adjuster licensing, the claim-settlement deadlines worked out to the day, unfair claim-settlement practices, adjuster duties, and Texas workers' compensation, each cited to the Texas Insurance Code, the Texas Labor Code, the Texas Administrative Code or TDI.
