BUILT FOR THE TWO-YEAR LOOKBACK IRMAA is set from your tax return two years earlier: your 2026 premium comes from your 2024 income. The app ships all three current years — 2024, 2025, and 2026 — as a selectable table, so it stays useful as the brackets refresh each year.
