TubeWrist is a standalone video player built from the ground up for Apple Watch. Search, browse, and stream straight from your wrist over Wi-Fi or cellular. Your iPhone can stay in your bag — or at home.

PRIVACY, ACTUALLY
TubeWrist collects nothing. No analytics. No advertising identifier. No account with us. Your favorites, history, and searches never leave your watch. We don't run a server, so there is nowhere for your data to go.
PRICING
Everything is unlocked for three days — every feature, no limits. After that, TubeWrist Pro is required to keep using the app. Choose weekly, monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime unlock.
Pro is a licence for the TubeWrist app itself. It does not include, resell, or provide access to any third-party content or service. Playback is never metered: TubeWrist does not count, cap, or ration videos at any tier.
WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU BUY
TubeWrist is an unofficial, third-party client. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.
Sound on Apple Watch requires Bluetooth headphones. watchOS does not route video playback to the watch's built-in speaker, and no app can change that. With AirPods or any Bluetooth headphones connected, video plays with sound. With nothing connected, TubeWrist plays the picture silently rather than refusing to play at all — you can still watch, you just can't hear. Audio-only mode needs headphones by definition, because there is no picture to fall back to.
Video is capped at 480p deliberately. The largest Apple Watch display is about 416x502 points, so higher resolutions are pixels the screen cannot show — they would only spend your battery and cellular data.
Requires watchOS 10 or later. Streaming only; there are no downloads. An internet connection is required, over Wi-Fi or on a cellular model.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

New: a reminder the day before your 3 days of full access end, so the switch to TubeWrist Pro never catches you by surprise. It arrives once, as a notification on your watch, and goes away for good once you're on Pro. Notification permission is asked after your first video starts, not at launch.
