ONE PURCHASE, TWO PLAYERS
One player buys the full app and creates a room. A friend scans the invitation and joins through the App Clip on their own device, without buying the full app again. Both players can also use the full app for nearby Bluetooth matches. Enable Bluetooth, stay nearby, and keep both game screens in the foreground.
PASS-AND-PLAY AND AI GAMES
Share one device for two-player games, or challenge the offline local AI. Choose who moves first and adjust difficulty and thinking strength. You can also connect a cloud AI endpoint you configure yourself; cloud setup is optional for offline play.
AI COACHING
Local hints suggest candidate moves and explain attacking and defensive ideas. Follow guided lessons on shapes, initiative, forcing sequences and transitions between defense and attack. The Challenge Center adds daily puzzles, timed solving, tactical positions and advanced calculation practice. Skill Mode offers another style of attack and defense.
AI LADDER POINTS
Challenge fixed local AI opponents, complete placement games, earn points and review recent results. Rated games use fixed rules and turn order with hints, assisted moves and undo disabled. Points track performance against this device's AI opponents; they are not an official rank or universal Elo rating.
MOVE-BY-MOVE REVIEW
Save games and replay each move. Local analysis highlights candidate moves, risks and the opponent's intent. Configure a cloud AI endpoint for mixed analysis.
APPLE WATCH
Start quick games and tactical practice from your wrist. Use the Digital Crown or swipe to position the board, then confirm your move.
HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Add a playable 9×9 board to your Home Screen and make moves directly in the interactive widget.
GAME CENTER
Sync AI wins, learning stars and streaks. Unlock achievements, view leaderboards and challenge friends.
