Hindi is now an app language. The translation is new and machine-made, so please tell us about any mistakes. Choose it in Profile > Language. CHAC is much smaller to download: about 60 MB instead of 167 MB. "Next character" and "Next lesson" are now translated in French, Thai, Japanese and Korean.

In the Memory drill, moving on to the next character no longer briefly flashes the card you just answered.

Profile > Reminders can remind you every day, or only on days your Memory drill has characters waiting, at a time you choose. After a lesson, a chamber seal or passing the Jade Hall exam, Share progress opens the share sheet with a line about what you did and a link to CHAC. Raised buttons such as Begin training, I remember and Forgot now sink and spring back when tapped, with a light tap you can feel. Vibrate in Profile > Sound also covers brush strokes, Forge answers and earning a seal. CHAC now stays in portrait, so the banner no longer covers the character you are learning. Form family shows more written forms, such as the 心 at the bottom of 想 next to 忄.

Choose French, Thai, Japanese or Korean in Profile. These translations are still being reviewed. After a lesson or memory drill, a quiet Remove ads card may appear on Home or Learn. View plans or dismiss it without interrupting practice.

Seventy new characters complete current HSK 2, in four new chambers. Each one has a visual memory cue. Begin training, Continue training, Begin practice, Next character, and the lesson and chamber finish buttons are a centred label with no arrow. Sentence Forge opens on pattern 1. After a correct sentence, the speaker sits between Sentence forged and the Chinese line. Tap a character there to open its details.

Sentence Tools examples now have a speaker button, and so does a sentence you forge correctly. The forge stays quiet until the sentence checks out. During Memory drill, or while you are still working through a lesson, swipe the character scroll to look back at answers you already gave. Green marks remembered, orange marks forgot, and a ring marks the step you are viewing. The Sentence Tools list on Home has a Close handle. Opened scrolls move to the centre of the screen, and opening a chamber no longer crops the rollers on the lesson scrolls inside it. If a full-screen ad fails to open, you can continue instead of waiting.

Scrolls, Learn cards and other panels now centre their headings and text. Form family is now a row of glyph tiles with the form you tapped marked, and piece popups no longer add a sentence about where the piece sits. Review says "characters" instead of "forms", and tapping a scroll's title opens or closes its list. When more than 15 cards are due, a new scroll lists the ones left for your next drill. Sentence tools shows the ad banner at the bottom in the free version.

Tapping a piece now says where it sits, such as "丷 sits at the top of 关". A component has the same name in its popup and scroll. Form family lists start with the form you tapped, name the first character that writes each other form, and match the breakdown row's size. Pattern Scrolls have one divider before Compare, and the Compare popup opens above its cell. Sentence tools has a Home seal button; Sentence Forge now shows the ad banner.

Improved: - Ad banners now hide while the "update available" prompt is on screen instead of covering it. - Character breakdown scrolls show one Form family section instead of two overlapping ones. - Component tiles are more accurate for many more characters, including 京, 亮, 相, 只, 喜 and over a dozen others with stacked or side forms.

Ads on component scrolls and Sentence Tool guides now sit at the bottom of the screen instead of covering the text and the "Try this pattern in Sentence Forge" button. Forge and Trial leave room for the ad at the bottom, so it no longer covers the end of the prompt on short phones. The Remove ads card is the same compact size on every screen.

Component tiles in a character breakdown are now cut from the same brush font as the character itself, so each piece matches the form it came from. 得, 爱 and 司 show corrected component labels. 门, 书 and 习 no longer show a breakdown, because their pieces are single strokes rather than components. The email updates invitation no longer appears on Home for learners who already receive them. Your email updates choice now survives a failed progress sync.

Profile's account and Character mastery sections now use matching collapsible parchment scrolls. Closing the store purchase sheet no longer leaves a cancelled-purchase message on Profile. Signed-out Profile no longer keeps a leftover sync error on the account card.

New: Sentence Tools on Home lets you practise the patterns you have already unlocked in Sentence Forge. Added 25 characters to complete the current HSK 1 recognition set, in focused lessons for counting, people, animals, markets and questions. Improved: chamber order now introduces useful sentence building earlier. More characters have clear modern breakdowns and reference explanations, and Pinyin stays consistent in Brush practice.

Mandarin pronunciation now plays after Forgot and I remember answers when automatic pronunciation is enabled. Component reference scrolls now place an honest breakdown directly below the character when one exists, while compact-form explanations stay clear without empty sections or duplicate dividers.

New: pronunciation can play automatically after Forgot or a correct I Remember answer, with a Profile setting to turn it off. Improved: completed lessons and Forges use a fresh randomized order on replay while first passes keep the authored order. Adaptive banners now fit the available width.

New: Pattern Scrolls for all 78 sentence-tool characters, with rules, examples, Compare grids and Sentence Forge ordering practice. More component breakdowns, and every component scroll now explains its historical origin and what the piece does inside the character you came from. 35 new illustrated memory cues.
