Every song now gets a sheet you can actually play. • Pop, rock and band songs come out as a clean piano arrangement: the melody in your right hand, the song's chords in your left. No more walls of tangled chords. • Smart loops: when your mistakes pile up in a bar or two, tap "Loop bars 5–6 slowly". The loop starts slow and speeds up after every clean pass, until you play it at your own speed. • MIDI keyboards (USB and Bluetooth) are now timed from the moment you press the key, so your timing scores are fairer. • Daily practice reminders: say yes after your first session and the app reminds you at that time every day. Change the days or the time in Settings. • If a recording has no piano in it, the app now tells you so, instead of suggesting a piano cover.

Songs without a piano now get a sheet too. • Pop, rock, folk and band songs: instead of asking for a piano cover, the app now writes a piano arrangement, the melody in your right hand, the song's own chords in your left. These sheets are marked "Piano arrangement". • A link that has already been converted comes back instantly. • Recordings are fully saved before they are sent, and a file that can't be opened now says so, with a one-tap way to record again.

A big update: a library of 401 pieces with sheets rebuilt from the engraved scores, practice that listens more like a teacher, and a new Learn tab. LIBRARY • 277 new pieces, including the Moonlight Sonata, Rondo alla Turca, the "Raindrop" Prelude, Maple Leaf Rag, the Minute Waltz, Liebestraum No. 3, Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2, Rachmaninoff's Prelude in C-sharp minor, the Adagio of Beethoven's Pathétique, Hungarian Dance No. 5, an easy Canon in D and Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier. • Sheets are rebuilt from the engraved scores: held notes keep their length, voices stay separate, and triplets, grace notes and pickups are written as printed. Easy and Medium line up bar for bar with the original. • Finger numbers now appear on Medium and Original too (Settings → Finger numbers). • A new Learn tab: search by title or composer, For you, Famous pieces, Collections (short, calm, studies, dances, rags and marches) and By era, with filters and sorting for the whole library. A piece opens with one tap. PRACTICE • Each level starts at a tempo you can play, and stars are judged against that level's tempo. If you have played for a year or more, pieces open at full speed. • After each run, the coach suggests the next step: right hand, then left hand, then both hands, then faster, then playing with the band. • New Learn and Play modes. In Play mode a drum and bass band plays along at your tempo, and every note tells you if it was early, late or wrong. • Wait for my note now accepts a key pressed a little early, the way you play in time. • Listen back to the run you just played and compare it with your first try. • Today's 5 minutes on Home: a warm-up, your trickiest bars, then the next section. You can ask for a reminder to practise again tomorrow. • "Next section" opens the next section right away, and "Play again" keeps the score you just earned. PLAYING A REAL PIANO (microphone) • Each key strike counts once, so holding a note no longer counts against you. • Chords are heard: most of the chord is enough. • The app is much better at ignoring its own sound from the speaker, a metronome on the piano and voices in the room. ALSO • The built-in piano sound is now correctly tuned. • Try a few notes: hear the opening of Ode to Joy, then play it yourself. • Pro is simpler: every level and the practice plans are free for everyone. Pro adds monthly song conversions, the Pro shelf and export. The free trial shows the day you will be charged, with a reminder two days before. • Fixed scores that went too high after pausing, scrubbing or looping, and the results screen in landscape.

Easier practice, cleaner sheets and better keyboard support: • The "Try a few notes" demo now lights up the key to press and shows every key's name. A wrong key flashes red and the right one blinks. • After your first two bars, "Keep going" takes you straight on: bars 1 to 4, then 1 to 8, then the whole section, one step at a time. • If you are not playing with both hands yet, practice starts with your right hand and the app plays the left hand for you. A new button in Practice switches between right, left and both hands. • When the app waits for a chord, the hint now says "Press C3, then G3, then C4" instead of listing the notes as if they had to be pressed together. • Easy level is now genuinely easier: fast runs are thinned to at most a few notes a second, big jumps are brought closer, and the left hand holds one note per bar instead of playing on every beat. • Pasting a playlist, a channel or a home page now tells you straight away to share the song's own video, instead of failing minutes later. • The link card now explains what works best (a piano cover, where only a piano plays), with a one-tap search for piano covers of your song and a short animated guide: search, pick a piano-only video, copy its link, paste. • When a recording has too little piano, the app now offers to find a piano cover of the same song. • Fixed a problem where some devices could not connect to the conversion service at all. • Every note is named and written the way its key spells it: C sharp in D minor, B flat in F major. Sheets no longer repeat a sharp or flat the key signature already gives. • Easy shows finger numbers wherever the hand moves to a new position. • The count-in and metronome follow the time signature: three beats in a waltz, two long beats in 6/8. • Medium left-hand chords now sit in the middle of the keyboard and move to the nearest chord shape, instead of low, muddy blocks that jump. • On Easy, a piece with many sharps or flats can be moved to C major or A minor with one tap. • If you let go of a long note too early, Practice now tells you to hold it. • Converted sheets are cleaner: rests are shown, fewer stray rests between notes, long notes in 6/8 and 9/8 are written along the beat, and no chord is wider than one hand can reach. • For songs with a singer, Easy and Medium now play the sung melody in the right hand. • Converted sheets keep the beat much better: bars no longer drift out of line, fast waltzes are written in 3/4, and fast pieces no longer show scattered sixteenths. • Notes are shared between the hands more like a printed score, held notes keep their full length, and piano recordings now show pedal marks, dynamics, crescendos, slurs, grace notes and trills. • The Original level of a converted band song is easier to read: strummed guitar chords are written once per beat instead of as rows of sixteenths. • MIDI keyboards: a Bluetooth piano that switches off is now noticed and reconnects by itself, the sustain pedal is understood (letting a key go early under the pedal no longer counts against you), and a wireless piano can be paired right from Practice.

Library and practice fixes: • Easy and Medium levels of every library piece are rebuilt to match the original score bar for bar. Some pieces, including Für Elise, had sections past the middle that were empty on Easy. • The Original level of library pieces now plays at the piece's real tempo instead of a default. • Pieces in 3/8 time no longer drift in Practice. • A note held across a bar line now counts as one held key on Easy and Medium, instead of asking you to press it again at the bar line. • Fixed a conversion failure on pieces in 3/4 with triplet rhythms.

A big practice update, plus fixes people reported: • Your first practice is now a one-minute win: two bars, right hand, the app plays first and you echo it. If you pause, the key to press lights up with its name. • A combo counter and a note counter during practice, so you can see progress inside a section, not only at the end. • 88 library pieces are now free to try (all Beginner and Intermediate shelves, plus Für Elise, Clair de Lune and Arabesque No. 1). • 24 new pieces in the Learn library, including Clair de Lune, Bach's Minuets from the Anna Magdalena Notebook, Clementi's Sonatina Op. 36 No. 1, Burgmüller's Arabesque and In the Hall of the Mountain King. Every library piece now plays at its written tempo. • Songs added from a link are now named after the video instead of a code like "Link · tOpdCxy7N5M". You can still rename them. • Conversions are faster: solo piano recordings skip a processing step they never needed. • "Notify me when it's ready" now actually notifies you: push notifications were not being registered, so the "your sheet is ready" alert never arrived. • Fixed a "Server error (401)" that could appear after keeping the app open for about an hour. The app now refreshes its session automatically instead of asking you to restart it. • Pieces in 6/8 and 12/8 time now line up correctly in Practice; previously the cursor drifted a bar further every bar.

A small fix for a confusing failure: • When a link points to a video whose owner has restricted where it can be played, the app now says so plainly and suggests what actually works: another version of the song, or uploading the audio file. Before, it showed a generic error and a "Try again" that could never succeed. • Your free conversion is never used up by a failure like this. • Fixed a "Server error (401)" that could appear after keeping the app open for about an hour. The app now refreshes its session automatically instead of asking you to restart it.

Adding a song from a link is clearer now: • A new ? button next to the link box walks you through where a link comes from — find the song, tap Share, copy the link — with a short animation of the three steps. • It also suggests looking for a piano version of the song you want, which is what gives you the most accurate sheet music. Recording your own piano just got a lot less unforgiving: • If a recording comes out very quiet, PianoSheet now tells you and lets you decide — keep it or record again. It used to delete quiet takes without asking, which meant a real performance played softly, or picked up from across the room, was thrown away with no way to argue. • When a recording genuinely has no piano in it, you now get the advice that actually helps — move closer, or turn your keyboard up — instead of being sent off to look for a piano cover. Practice fixes: • Changing the tempo during the count-in no longer starts you partway into the section and marks the notes you never reached as missed. • Changing the tempo during the count-in now re-times the rest of the count itself, so "1… 2… 3… Go" and the metronome both run at the speed you just picked instead of the old one. Everything else: • Reminders are now capped at three a week in total. A practice plan, a daily study schedule and a streak used to each stay under that limit separately, which added up to far more notifications than intended. • Your weekly streak now forgives exactly one missed week, which is what the grace week was always meant to mean. A missed goal followed by a skipped week is two stumbles, and no longer passes as one. • "Try again" is no longer offered on conversions that could never succeed on a second attempt — a track that is too long stays too long. The options that can actually help are shown instead. • Fixed the free conversion being spent incorrectly: it is no longer charged for a conversion your subscription already paid for, and a conversion that fails on our side no longer uses it up. • Conversions that stall on the server now report a clear failure instead of leaving a card spinning forever.

New in this version: • About this app — what PianoSheet AI is for, a note from the person who makes it, and a direct line to email us. Settings → About this app. Fixes: • Fixed a crash in Practice when you jumped to another bar, or started a drill from the practice report. • Changing the tempo in the middle of practice no longer makes the playhead jump ahead and mark notes you never skipped as missed. • Event countdowns now retire themselves once the date has passed, instead of sitting on Home forever showing negative days. • Your weekly streak now survives a single skipped week — that is what the grace week was always meant to do. • Deleting a song now also removes its practice plan and stops its reminders, so nothing keeps notifying you about a song you deleted. • Saving a score card to Photos from the share sheet no longer closes the app. • A song whose files arrive incomplete is no longer added to your library half-finished — it retries instead. • Restore Purchases can no longer be tapped while a purchase is already running.

This update makes practice feel smoother and more reliable: • Playback now stays perfectly in time - no more notes lagging behind the music, even in busy pieces. • The sheet holds still while you play instead of drifting up and down. • Songs open faster the first time. • Recording your own playing now tells you right away if the microphone didn't pick anything up, instead of failing later. • Fixed a problem where sound could cut out and needed an app restart. • Cleaner, tidier Home and Learn screens. • Various smaller fixes and polish.
