TalentConnect BC

Talent Meets Opportunity

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Tap into BC's newcomer talent pool. Post jobs, browse profiles, connect directly. TalentConnect connects two sides of BC's labour market: employers looking for skilled newcomer talent, and newcomers looking for meaningful work. For employers, TalentConnect is a direct line to newcomer talent arriving in British Columbia. Post opportunities, browse candidate profiles, and connect with job seekers who bring international experience and skills your team needs. For newcomers, TalentConnect gives you two ways to find work: • Browse job postings widely across your region, from a range of employers • Discover featured opportunities from IEC-BC's employer partners, businesses actively committed to inclusive hiring Build a profile once, then search, apply, and connect directly with employers. TalentConnect is delivered by IEC-BC (Immigrant Employment Council of British Columbia), a not-for-profit dedicated to helping BC employers attract, hire, and retain skilled immigrant talent, and helping newcomers find meaningful employment, on a technology platform powered by Kibbi. This platform is made possible with funding from the BC Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction ( MSDPR) and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
