Best books ever written are no longer accessible. We lack the context and the focus to decipher their language and to keep track of hundreds of complex characters. Lekturnia closes the gap.
Never lose track of who's who. Every character has a portrait that appears beside the text as they enter the story. Forgot which cousin that was, three chapters later? Their face and short summary reminds you before the question interrupts you, or before googling spoils the story.
Sound that follows the story. Delicate ambient music and environmental sound, birdsong, rain, a crackling fire, shift with the scenes as you read. It fades into the background and takes the world's noise with it.
Reading that flows. Difficult and archaic words carry small glosses right under the text, so you keep moving instead of reaching for a dictionary.
Understanding on tap. A cultural reference from 1890? A phrase nobody has used in a century? Tap it and get an explanation that tells you what you need, without spoiling what's ahead.
Start with the complete Sherlock Holmes, and explore a growing library of the 1000+ books everyone means to read someday.

Book sound effects now end with the moment they belong to, narration can play up to 3x speed, and pausing the narrator keeps your place highlighted.
