OnHand is the inventory counting app from Prairie Forge — built for the warehouse floor, the yard, and the back of the truck. Your company sets up the count in Blueprint, Prairie Forge's operations platform. Counters open OnHand, pick up their assigned bins, and count. Everything works with gloves on and without signal. COUNT THE WAY THE FLOOR WORKS • Hand counts, scale weights, and measured items with standard lengths • Scan part barcodes and bin labels with the camera or a Bluetooth scanner • Speak a measurement instead of typing it — both hands stay on the tape • Attach a photo when you find something that isn't on the list BUILT FOR REAL BUILDINGS • Offline-first: entries queue on the device, encrypted, and send themselves when signal returns • Blind counting: counters never see what the system expects • Transfers and stock movements between bins and buildings, with lead approval where it matters FOR TEAMS, NOT CONSUMERS There is no self-signup. Your company adds you, and you sign in with a one-time code sent to your work email or phone. If you don't have access, ask your lead.
