New: the 3 · 6 · 9 practice. Write your own line 3 times in the morning, 6 in the afternoon and 9 at night. Counted on your phone, no streaks to lose. Fewer questions before your first note. After your name, your area and one sentence, you can skip straight to it. Tap any answer on the review screen to change just that one. "Hear my opening line" now plays in the voice you chose. A reminder 2 days before a free trial turns into a paid plan, with the date and the price, and one tap to cancel. Fix a line now tells you up front what's free, before you start editing. After a listen, keep what shifted in your small wins. Already using your own copied voice? Record a fuller sample to make it sound even more like you. Vision board marks now preview, add, move, resize and turn the way you expect, and exported audio has a readable file name.

Hear your lines for today: tap play on Today and she reads them in the voice you chose. Read any note in your own voice and keep the recording with it. Your widget now shows a new line from your note every day. Trial and Pro: a fresh note every morning, one tap away. Your first Fix a line is free. Also: your first note in about 2 minutes, reminders at the time you listen, a clearer Pro page, and fixes for accented names and smaller iPhones.

Foreglow has a new Ribbon look throughout the app and a lighter icon. Build a more flexible vision board with your photos, words, marks, and colors. Keep your future-self notes close with clearer playback, night listening, and a simpler path through the app. Your first note is still free, and any note you save stays yours.
