homwarden is now free — all of it, including the AI features. New in this version: • Tap any record to open it. Projects have start and finish dates, a budget measured against what's actually been spent, and a checklist. Contractors show their company, trade, phone, and license, with one-tap call, text, and email. • Add a receipt by scanning it, choosing a photo, importing a file, or sharing it from your email. homwarden saves it as a PDF, files the expense, and notes how it might count at tax time. • Belongings are now your insurance inventory: what you paid, what it would cost to replace, and proof you owned it. • Responsibilities like property tax, HOA dues, and insurance renewals now track the amount, who it's owed to, and how often it repeats. Mark one done and the next due date is set for you. • The navigation tour no longer reappears after an update.

Push notifications now work. Reminders, warranty alerts, and weekly recaps are delivered again after a bug that stopped every device from registering. Passwords can be shown while you type them, so a typo is visible before it locks you out. The assistant can now draft a maintenance task from what you ask it. It asks for anything it needs, and nothing is saved until you confirm it. New optional data licensing setting, off unless you turn it on.
