In Your Orbit

Client work, one shared space

Only for Mac

Free

Mac

Keep clients, tasks, notes & an encrypted vault for you — and give each client one private shared space: chat with photos, shared tasks, shared goals. In Your Orbit is for people who work closely with a handful of clients — and want one calm place for everything, without giving anyone the run of it. YOUR SIDE • Every client, with contact details, notes, and color tags • Personal tasks with priorities and due dates • An end-to-end-encrypted vault for passwords, API keys, cards, and secure notes — sealed on your device with a key derived from your password. The server stores ciphertext it cannot read. THEIR SIDE Invite any client with a one-time code. They download the app, enter the code, and get exactly one thing: the shared space between you. • Chat — with photos that arrive on every device • A shared task list you both can check off • Shared goals with target dates They never see your notes, your other clients, your personal tasks, or your vault. That boundary is enforced by the server, not a settings toggle. BUILT LIKE IT MATTERS • Face ID / Touch ID to open the app; your password — every time — to open the vault • Realtime sync between Mac and iPhone • Password reset by email, with a vault re-link step so your encrypted data survives • Disconnect a client (or leave an orbit) any time Free during early access.
