LeafPick Supplier

Nursery Inventory & Listings

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

LeafPick Supplier is the nursery-side app for the LeafPick plant procurement platform. List what you have in stock, keep quantities current, and track every listing from submission through to approval — from your phone, on site. BUILT FOR NURSERIES AND GROWERS LeafPick connects nurseries with procurement teams and customers sourcing plants for live landscaping projects. This app is the supplier's workspace: you publish stock, LeafPick's team reviews it, and approved listings reach the buyers looking for them. LIST YOUR STOCK • Capture plant photos and video directly, or attach them from your library • Record the details buyers ask for: category, height range, container and health condition • Set your price and available quantity • Add a free-text description for anything the standard fields don't cover • Tag each plant with its own ID for easy lookup later KNOW WHERE EVERY LISTING STANDS • Dashboard totals for stock on hand, pending approvals and open requests • Recent activity showing the latest listings and their review status • Clear status on every plant: Awaiting Review, Approved or Rejected • Rejection reasons shown in full, so you know exactly what to change • Push notifications the moment a listing is reviewed FIND ANYTHING FAST • Search your inventory by plant name or tag ID • Filter by status — pending, approved or rejected • Low Stock filter surfaces everything running below ten units • Update stock levels, edit details, or deactivate a listing in a couple of taps MANAGE MULTIPLE SITES • Keep a record for each nursery or farm location you supply from • Store each site's address and GPS position • Assign every listing to the site it actually sits on WORKS ON SITE Built for use out among the stock, not just at a desk. Recent listings and drafts are held on the device, so a weak signal in the field doesn't cost you the work — it syncs when you're back in range. ACCOUNT REQUIRED LeafPick Supplier accounts are set up by the LeafPick team for approved nursery and vendor partners. There is no self-registration in the app. To become a supplier partner, get in touch through leafpick.com. LeafPick is operated by Wahat Al Sahraa Nurseries.

Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Inventory and dashboard show only your nursery's plants, even offline. Deleted locations and listings no longer linger. You stay signed in during short connection drops. On shared phones, the previous account's data no longer appears.
