HeartQ turns a 30-second camera reading into something you can actually use: your pulse, your heart rate variability, and what they suggest about your stress and recovery today. MEASURE WITH YOUR CAMERA Rest a fingertip on the camera. HeartQ uses the lens and flash to estimate your pulse and HRV — no strap, no watch, no extra hardware. SEE YOUR HRV PROPERLY Both SDNN and RMSSD, not a single mystery number. Watch them move over days and weeks instead of guessing. STRESS AND RECOVERY A stress score and a recovery state drawn from your own readings, so you can tell a demanding day from a depleted one.
