Take an honest break — 5, 15 or 30 minutes, on the record. The shield re-arms itself when time is up. THE MORNING SIDE The alarm rings at the time you chose. Stopping it isn't a swipe: it only ends when your morning mission is done — a quick quiz, a gratitude line, a minute of movement. You pick the missions. Dismiss it without them and it comes back, up to 10 times. THE PROOF Every held night earns a stamp.
