Shared Documents • Open the policies, handbooks and forms HR shares with you from the new Shared Documents tile on Home. • Search your documents and see when each one was last updated. • Open documents and shared links straight from the app. • Get a notification when a new document is shared with you. Missions • Register a mission (delivery, special project or extra shift) from the new Missions tile on Home. • Pick a mission type, add a description and dates, and attach a photo from your camera or gallery. • Your direct manager gets a notification to approve it, and you get one when it's decided. • Approved missions count toward your overtime and benefits in payroll, based on your company's rules. • Cancel a pending mission at any time. For managers • A new Missions card on the Team tab shows how many missions are waiting for you. • Approve or reject your team's missions, or register one for a team member directly. Improvements • Payslips now mark items that are shown for information but aren't included in your total. • Improvements to My Assets and the Team screens. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.

My Assets Company equipment now lives in the app. • See everything assigned to you, when you took it and when it is due back. • Sign for a handover on your phone. A signature on the screen is enough, and you are notified the moment something is waiting for you. • Report an item damaged or lost while you are standing in front of it — and tell your manager later that it is fixed or found. • Scan the label on a laptop or a tool to jump straight to that item. • Ask for equipment you need and follow the decision without chasing anyone. Your leave balance, in full • Every leave type you are entitled to, each with its own balance — not annual leave alone. • Details opens the history behind a balance: entitlement, carry-over, what expired, what you have taken and what is still awaiting approval. • Days you can still take beyond your balance at reduced pay are shown before you request them, so nothing about your pay comes as a surprise. For managers • Your team's leave balances at a glance, before you approve anything. • Team attendance is quicker to read and can be narrowed to one person. Everywhere • Messages from the server now reach you in the language you have chosen — English, French, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Malayalam and Tamil.

For managers and approvers • Fixed: the Pending, Approved and Rejected tabs in My Team → Leave Requests now show the right requests. Approvers who aren't the direct manager can also find requests they've decided. • You now get a notification when an employee asks to cancel leave you already approved. • Notifications now say what changed: a new request, a change to approved leave, a cancellation or a resubmission. • Short leave (a few hours) that the employee's balance fully covers is approved in one tap, with no deduction options to choose. For employees • You're now told whether your request to cancel approved leave was accepted or refused. • If your company deducts leave at the time of request, your balance updates as soon as you submit and is restored if the request is rejected or withdrawn.
