StepLock: Limit Screen Time

Walk to Unlock Your Apps

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Walk to unlock your apps. One validated step earns one second. Pick what steals your attention, walk, and spend that time on purpose. Walk to unlock the apps that steal your attention. One validated step earns one second. Choose the apps, walk with your iPhone, and spend that time on purpose. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you want to use more intentionally. 2. Walk. StepLock reads your step count from Apple Health. 3. Validated steps fill a shared screen-time balance. 4. When the balance hits zero, those apps lock until you earn more. 5. Walk again to grow the balance and keep using them on purpose. Download StepLock, pick your apps, and take the first walk. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE • See your balance and progress at a glance • Follow active progress with a Live Activity and widgets • Build a streak and work toward a daily step goal • Carry 25% of unused earned time into the next day • Use a five-minute emergency unlock once per day • Review earned, spent, and validated steps in clear daily stats • Manage or restore your subscription from inside the app • Redeem an App Store offer code from the native Apple sheet PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your Health step data and selected-app list stay on your device. StepLock reads step counts but does not add to or change your Health data. No account is required. START FREE, CONTINUE WITH PRO Free access lets you try the step-to-time system. StepLock Pro keeps earning, goals, streaks, stats, widgets, and the limits you choose active after free access ends. Apple's Screen Time technology only carries out those user-configured limits. Without a valid subscription, trial, or redeemed offer, StepLock stops applying its restrictions and your selected apps return to normal, unlimited use. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen using current App Store information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
