Zirak Delivery Driver is the official courier application for individuals applying to join Zirak Delivery and for approved couriers managing their daily delivery operations.
Prospective couriers can:
• Register using their phone number
• Submit personal information and identity documents
• Apply to become a courier
• Track their application status
After verification and approval by Zirak Delivery, couriers can:
• View assigned pickup and delivery tasks
• Access shipment and customer delivery details
• Update pickup and delivery statuses
• Report failed delivery attempts
• Hand shipments over to the warehouse
• View wallet activity and delivery earnings
Access to operational courier features requires identity and document verification followed by approval from Zirak Delivery.
This app is intended for prospective applicants and approved Zirak Delivery couriers. It is not the customer application for requesting deliveries. Service availability may vary by city.
• Today's work in one place — the shipments assigned to you, grouped by stage: to pick up, in your hand, and waiting on the sender.
• Scan to open — point the camera at a parcel label (or pick a photo from your gallery) and the right shipment opens instantly. A built-in torch lights dark doorsteps, and you can also type the reference number.
• Clear delivery flow — start the delivery, collect the amount from the receiver, and record the outcome with one tap. Postponements, new phone numbers, and returns are all handled in the app.
• Sender responses — when a sender answers about a failed delivery, it lands on its own page so nothing gets lost.
• Earnings — your delivery earnings by day, week, month, or any custom date range, with a searchable history.
• Wallet — a live view of what you collected, what you handed over, and your settled balance, with a downloadable PDF statement.
• Warehouse hand-overs — a complete log of every parcel you brought into the warehouse.
• Works in your language — Arabic, Kurdish, and English, with full right-to-left support and light and dark themes.
ABOUT ACCESS
This app is for drivers working with Zirak delivery companies. There is no public registration: your company creates your account and gives you your sign-in details. If you drive for Zirak and need an account, contact your operations office.
